The main structure is pyramid shaped with high rigidity featuring 1175mm base width, 1500/2100mm (966/1166) saddle length to offer wide processing applications for enhanced cutting accuracy. The structure design provides excellent mechanical properties, stable thermal and shock damping effects. Reinforced by the inner rib support, Y-axis with double slide ways (660mm for the outer slide way width) offers the best possible back and forth movement reliability. Slide ways coated with Turcite-B generate extended durability and hand scrapped slide way surface makes high precision cutting fully guaranteed. For better machining precision, Ball Bar testing and laser detection are used during the assembly of guiding screws of 3 axes. This is our most economical turret type knee mill with a 9" x 42" table. It has all the features that larger mills have like power down feed with auto-stop and return, longitudinal power feed and a 5" quill travel with calibrated stop adjuster. These very heavy castings and large slide surfaces will give incredible performance and stability. And with the turret type head, its capacities are quite large. Shop around.
