Our trade CNC Vertical Turret Lathe machines are acknowledged for their high precision, efficiency and durability. Available in different models, our procured machines are excellent spindle speed that makes the machine efficient. Adequate swing diameter and turning diameter helps the lathe to operate consistently with low maintenance. The NZ-S1500 can accommodate workpieces with a machining diameter of 120 mm and a standard machining diameter of 60~20 mm. A high-speed loader with a rotary hand function increases the efficiency of the machine. In addition to its small footprint, the NZ-S1500 also measures just 5 feet in height, allowing the operator an easier line of sight of the surrounding production environment.

Layout minimizes influence of heat, holding thermal displacement to under ±10 mm. Chips fall directly into chip pan, avoiding accumulation, while vertical protector prevents chips from reaching linear guide or ball screws. Model NZ-S1500 accommodates workpieces with machining diameter of 120 mm.
